If you receive an email with download instructions, receipt of the email will constitute delivery. If you encounter any issues downloading your item(s) or do not receive an email, please contact us within 5 days of your order. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, your purchase will be considered received and delivered.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience issues with a file, we can provide a corrected version or resend the item(s) if technical difficulties prevent you from accessing or downloading them.
